Error 1303 Occurs When I Uninstall Capacity Planner Data Manager

Details

Why do I see an Installation Cannot Continue dialog box when I attempt to uninstall Capacity Planner Manager?

Solution

If you are not logged on as an administrator, your uninstallation of Capacity Planner Manager may fail with the error message:
Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: c:\Config.Msi. The installation cannot continue. Log on as an administrator or contact your system administrator.

This is a known issue with InstallShield. To work around this problem, click Retry to continue the uninstallation process. If that does not work, log on as an administrator before you uninstall the Collector.
