Viewing your profile

To view your profile:

1. Log in to My VMware.
2. Click the arrow next to your name and select Profile:
   
   
   
   
   The Profile screen has four tabs:
   • Personal Information
   • Account Notifications
   • Subscriptions
   • VMware Programs 

Updating your profile

Personal Information

1. In the appropriate section of the Personal Information tab, click Edit.
2. Update all appropriate fields.
3. Click Save.

Account Notifications  

1. Choose an account from the dropdown.
2. Select:
   • Yes, I would like to receive all license and account management alerts via email notification for account, then select the appropriate alerts.
     
     Or
     
     
   • No, I do not want to receive any license and account management alerts via email notification for account
     
     Note: You will continue to receive other notifications such as order, license, and support contract confirmations.
     
     
3. Click Save.

Subscriptions

1. Click Edit.
2. Select or deselect the appropriate subscription.
3. Click Save.

1. Click Edit.
2. Expand the appropriate heading.
3. Select or deselect the appropriate subscription.
4. Click Save.

1. Select I do not wish to receive VMware email communications regarding events, newsletters, and product updates.
2. Click Save.  

VMware Programs

• View your VMware Communities username and go to your Communities profile
• Join the Volume Purchasing Program (VPP)
