- IPK Workflow rules, message temp CLOSE_OFFICER$AR_PERSON.DISPLAY late field  does not display Officer data.
- Subsequent messages on the relevant case include the Close Officer's name, as expected.
This issue is resolved in VMware Service Manager 9.1.1 (RP01). You can download the latest update from the VMware Download Center.
To work around this issue, use CURRENT_REF$AR_PERSON.DISPLAY to display the name of the Officer who has the case action during close.
