Disabling Auto Discovery for VMware vFabric Hyperic Agent 4.2.x/4.3.x/4.4.x/4.5.x (2001699)

This article provides information on disabling Auto Discovery for VMware vFabric Hyperic Agent.

To disable Auto Discovery for the VMware vFabric Hyperic Agent:

Locate the agent.properties file in the agent-x.x.x.//conf directory.
Add the following line to the agent.properties file to disable Auto Discovery for a vFabric Hyperic agent:

hq.plugins.autoinventory.disable=true
Restart the vFabric Hyperic Agent.
