Downloading Service Manager documentation (2000118)

Purpose

This article provides steps to download the Service Manager documentation.

Note: Service Manager documentation consists of many large files that includes core components, connector information, and technical and module documents. Also, different customers have licences for specific modules or use specific connectors. Therefore, the full suite of documents are not available for download as a single large file and you cannot bulk download the complete Service Manager documentation.

Resolution

To download individual documentation files:

Navigate to the VMware Service Manager Download Page.
Click View Download next to VMware Service Manager Documents
Select the Service Manager version for which you want to download the documents from the Version dropdown.

Note: The version includes different patches for a specific version. Ensure to select the appropriate patch.
Click Manually Download for the document that you want to download.

Note: You are prompted to log in with your VMware credentials if you are not already logged in.
