VixVM_UpgradeVirtualHardware( ) Does Not Return if the “Local System” Account Does Not Have Permissions to the Virtual Machine Folder

Details

The Programming API function VixVM_UpgradeVirtualHardware( ) might fail to return if the client does not have permissions to access the virtual machine.

Solution

Correct the permissions using the file system and try running the client again.
