Returning to an Earlier Version of VMware ACE Manager

I installed a recent version of VMware ACE Manager. Now I want to return to using an earlier version of VMware ACE Manager. When I try to run the installer for the earlier version, it does not run. What should I do?

Solution

Before running the installer for the earlier version of VMware ACE Manager, you must use the Windows Add/Remove Programs control panel to remove the version currently installed on your computer.
