Neoteris VPN Client May Cause Windows Guest to Crash

Details

When I launch a Neoteris VPN client in my Windows guest operating system, my virtual machine crashes with a blue screen. Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem?

Solution

It may be helpful to update to the latest version of the Neoteris VPN software. If the update does not resolve the problem, you may need to avoid running the Neoteris VPN software in the affected virtual machine, or check with Juniper Networks for additional suggestions.
