Why can't I access the HP Insight Manager (IM) Web page immediately after installation?

Solution

The Web page uses a random number generator for security. Most of the environmental noise from interrupt requests (IRQs) and device drivers used to generate random numbers is masked from the service console, so the Web page stalls while waiting. You may not be able to access the HP IM Web page immediately after starting because hpmgmt.sh doesn't install Web agents. Wait a few minutes and, if you still can't access the Web page, log onto the service console. Logging on at the keyboard or through iLO should generate enough activity for the random number generator.
