Failovers with MSCS Can Take an Excessive Amount of Time

What is the preferred storage device driver while using MSCS?

Solution

While utilzing MSCS in a virtual machine, we recommend that you configure the LSI Logic host bus adapter within the guest OS. In our testing, we have found that delays may occur in the failover while using the BusLogic virtual adapter.
