Changing Hot Keys in Console Requires Restarting the Console to Preserve Settings

When you are working in a VirtualCenter Console and you use Edit > Preferences > Hot Keys to change the actions of your hot keys, the actions listed at the bottom of console reflect the changes, but the hot keys do not perform the changed actions.

To fix this problem, close and restart the console. The changes are implemented in the restarted console.
