VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager plug-in installation or upgrade fail to complete (1037447)
- The VMware vCenter Site Recovery Manager (SRM) plug-in installation fails to complete
- The SRM plugin upgrade fails to complete
Validate that each troubleshooting step below is true for your environment. The steps provide instructions or a link to a document for validating the step and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Verify if the Site Recovery Manager vCenter extension is valid. For more information, see Verifying the SRM vCenter extension registration is valid (1037446).
- Verify that SRM was not uninstalled and reinstalled prior to installing or upgrading the plug-in.
