Windows Performance Utility might contain incorrect minimum values for Limit in MHz or Memory Limit in MB data counters when they are set to Unlimited (1036102)

Details

In the Windows Performance Utility, if you select the VM memory or the VM processor counters and then select the Limit in MHz or Memory in MB, the Minimum value might be shown as 1000000000.  The Minimum value might be shown as 1000000000 only when the memory or the CPU usage for the virtual machine are set to unlimited.

The issue is observed on virtual machines that run Microsoft Windows 2000 editions
