The hq-agent-nowrapper.bat script not working in VMware vFabric Hyperic HQ 4.5 (1032780)

The hq-agent-nowrapper.bat script does not work in VMware vFabric Hyperic HQ 4.5.
The main class is not found.
After fixing the main class issue, the properties for agent.bundle.home is not found.
After fixing the agent.bundle.home issue, it still has incorrect paths.
