Summaries and Symptoms

This patch resolves the following issue:

An ESX host might become unresponsive if you unexpectedly remove one of the mirrored installation drives from the server that is connected to an LSI SAS controller. The ESX console displays messages similar to the following:

[329175.056594] sd 0:0:0:0: still retrying 0 after 360 s
[329226.201904] sd 0:0:0:0: still retrying 0 after 360 s

[329326.478513] sd 0:0:0:0: still retrying 0 after 360 s
