Collecting from a UNIX system using the default filter set fails

Symptoms

  • Collecting from the UNIX system using the default filter set fails
  • Collection does not start
  • The job gets through the request generator and appears to be running, but the scoreboard does not update
  • The Details section in the Jobs Running window shows the machines in the Not Started state

Resolution
