Single Sign On does not work over PCoIP when connecting to a Windows Vista Desktop (1019466)

Symptoms

  • When connecting to a View Desktop with Windows Vista installed Single Sign On does not work
  • Users can login to the Desktop without issue when connected through RDP

Resolution

This issue occurs due to a conflicting Group Policy in Windows Vista.

On Windows Vista, if you install the PCoIP Server component, the Windows group policy Disable or enable software Secure Attention Sequence is enabled and set to Services and Ease of Access applications. If you change this setting, single sign-on does not work correctly.

Ensure that the Windows group policy Disable or enable software Secure Attention Sequence is enabled and set to Services and Ease of Access applications
