Summary
The virtual machine monitor (VMM) has encountered a critical error and shuts down. This is not an error in the ESX host or the guest operating system.

There is a problem in this version of VMware ESX. We rely on your feedback to improve the quality of our product. Please submit a support request that describes the problem at our Web page “http://vmware.com/info?id=8”. Do not forget to attach the log file (/vmfs/volumes/<location>/vmware.log) and the core file(s) (/vmfs/volumes/<location>/vmware64-core.gz, /vmfs/volumes/<location>/vmx-debug-zdump.001).
Solution
This issue occurs when your virtual machine monitor (VMM) encounters a critical error.
Contact VMware Support and provide all of the appropriate diagnostic information.
