Recovering a forgotten VMware Account Portal password

Symptoms

  • Forgot the password to the VMware Account Portal
  • Cannot log into the VMware Account Portal
  • Unable to log into the VMware Account Portal

Purpose

This article provides steps to recover your VMware Account Portal password.

Resolution

If you are unable to log into the VMware Account Portal:

  1. Navigate to VMware Account Portal.
  2. Click Forgot your password and enter the email address you registered with VMware.
  3. Click Submit.

An email is sent to you with a new password.
