Administrator window does not list users after a query (1013502)

Details

The Administrator window does not list users when an administrator tries to search the entire directory for a user. This issue occurs because the global catalog query fails when the connection broker attempts to connect to a domain controller.

Solution

View Connection Server must be able to access the Active Directory Global Catalog and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) services. If the Global Catalog and LDAP ports are blocked, administrators will face problems when they configure user entitlements. The following ports on any domain that is used by the broker must be accessible to the broker on the appropriate domain controllers:
  • Global Catalog Server TCP 3269
  • Global Catalog Server TCP 3268
  • LDAP Server TCP 389
  • LDAP Server UDP 389

Your configuration might be different. See the Microsoft documentation for your Active Directory server version for more information.
