Connecting to VMware View virtual desktops from a Wyse terminal fails with the error: No support tunnel (1013333)
Symptoms
- You cannot connect to VMware View virtual desktops from a Wyse V10L Thin Client
- You see the error:
NO SUPPORT TUNNEL
Resolution
This issue occurs if the Wyse Thin Client does not have the tunneling components. For more information, contact your vendor.
To resolve this issue, enable direct connection to the desktop in View Administrator. For more information, see Configuration View the View Manager Administration Guide.
