Operations on VMware Fault Tolerance-Enabled Virtual Machines In Lab Manager Might Fail

Fault tolerance (FT) is forcibly disabled on Lab Manager virtual machines.

Solution

If you circumvent the methods to disable FT on Lab Manager-managed virtual machines and then enable FT, Lab Manager sets a condition on these virtual machines stating that they are FT enabled. VMware recommends that no Lab Manager operations be attempted on these FT-enabled virtual machines because it might cause unexpected and unsupported outcomes.
