Cannot see your application in the AppSpeed UI

Purpose

This article provides troubleshooting steps to follow if you are unable to see your application in the AppSpeed UI.

Resolution

If you are unable to see your application in the AppSpeed UI:
  1. In the Analysis module, select Applications and Servers in the inventory tree and click Unmapped Traffic on the page selection bar.

  2. Click the Servers tab, and search for the server that runs the application under the relevant protocol.

    A low number of hits indicates that the application is not yet mapped. In the Transactions tab, you can see any transactions that are not mapped to an application due to a low number of hits.

  3. If the server is not discovered, verify that AppSpeed probe is running and connected to same vSwitch that the server uses for traffic handling.
