AppSpeed setup fails with a connection timeout
Symptoms
You may experience these symptoms:
- Setup of AppSpeed fails
- You receive the following error:
Connection timed out. Verify the vCenter address and try again.
Resolution
This error occurs when when the vCenter Server IP address is entered incorrectly during the setup is incorrect.
To ensure setup completes successfully after receiving this error:
- Verify the accuracy of the vCenter Server IP address.
- Run the AppSpeed setup again and enter the correct IP address.
