When using the HP RGS protocol, the desktop session screen resolution does not match the display resolution on the host (1011664)


In View 3.1, View Client can use HP Remote Graphics Software (RGS) as the display protocol when connecting to HP Blade PCs, HP Workstations, and HP Blade Workstations. However, when connecting using HP RGS, the screen resolution of a launched desktop session does not match the resolution on the physical host system when launched in full screen mode.


 You can adjust the session resolution in the display properties settings.
