Troubleshooting issues with video in View Manager (1010945)
The symptom are:
Video drops or lags
Video is choppy and pixelated
This issue occurs when MMR is not enabled or applied as a local policy or in Active Directory (AD)
Enable MMR within the Client GPO template and apply it as a local policy or in Active Directory (AD). For more information, see http://www.vmware.com/pdf/viewmanager3_admin_guide.pdf.
Also, make sure that the clients firewall is not blocking the MMR port 9427.
Note: MMR does not work correctly if the View Client video display hardware does not have overlay support.
