vcbSnapAll command fails

The vcbSnapAll command fails with an error when the backup_destination is set as scp.

The syntax is
vcbSnapAll -a <virtual_machine_identifier> -r <backup_destination> -m<cos|nbd|nbdssl>,

Currently, there is no workaround to this issue.
