Wyse V10L thin client device cannot connect to desktop on Virtual Desktop Manager 2.1 Server

Details

Connecting to a desktop on the Virtual Desktop Manager (VDM) 2.1  server from a Wyse V10L thin client device fails with the message Access is denied unless the desktop has been configured with the option Use this desktop for thin clients selected.

Solution

Upgrade the Wyse V10L firmware to version 6.2.0_16.
