Starting the VMware vCenter Server Heartbeat

This article provides the procedure to start VMware vCenter Server Heartbeat.

VMware vCenter Server Heartbeat can be started in two ways:

Right-click on the VMware vCenter Server Heartbeat tray icon and click Start VMware vCenter Server Heartbeat. Do this for both servers.
From the Service Control Manager, locate the VMware vCenter Server Heartbeat R2 service. Right-click on it and choose Start. Do this for both servers.
