When powering on virtual machines only the first recommendations received by DRS are followed

When powering on virtual machines, only the first recommendations received by DRS are followed.

VMware is aware of an unintended behavior such that when powering on virtual machines, only the first recommendations received by DRS are followed.

As permanent solution, upgrade to Site Recovery Manager Upgrade 1 Patch 2.

To workaround the issue:

Split the recovery into two plans.
Move the virtual machines between priority groups so that no group refers to two DRS clusters.
Disable DRS in one or more of the clusters.
