Reverting a desktop back to the anchor snapshot after creating a new snapshot prevents future check outs

Details

After checking out a desktop and creating a snapshot, reverting back to the anchor snapshot will limit the desktop to one future check out. Subsequent check out attempts will fail. "The View Connection server failed to check out the desktop" message is generated and the desktop status changes to "Check out paused at 0% of 0MB."

Solution

The workaround is to delete the offline directory where the Offline Desktop files are stored on the View Client host. .
