Installing the View Agent will not remove registry entries, stop services, or remove directories when there is an active View session on Windows Terminal Server.

Solution

Log off all View sessions before uninstalling the View Agent or stop the services and clear registry entries manually.
 
This problem is fixed in View 3.1.
