If a user is entitled to two or more local desktops and is running them simultaneously, all error messages and dialogs are associated with the first desktop that you open

This behavior is misleading because a user may be viewing a desktop and seeing error messages and dialogs that are not related to that desktop.

Do not run multiple local desktops.

This problem is fixed in View 3.1.
