The View Agent installation may show the virtual printing component but actual printing support may not be available.

Solution

Virtual Printing support is available only for the following guest operating systems:
  • Windows XP Professional SP1
  • Windows XP Professional SP2
  • Windows XP Professional SP3
  • Windows Vista Business Edition
  • Windows Vista Business Edition SP1
  • Windows Vista Enterprise Edition SP1
  • Windows Vista Ultimate Edition SP1
This problem is fixed in View 3.1.
