Client network interruption fails to automatically reconnect to remote desktop (1007619)

Details

If users temporarily lose network connectivity from View Client instances to a guest virtual machine, then regain network connectivity, the View Client instance should automatically reconnect to the remote desktop session. However, guest virtual machines running Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or Windows XP Service Pack 3 may not regain connectivity automatically.

Solution

Manually reconnect the View Client instance to the virtual desktop.
