Entering an invalid PIN for CAC authentication redirects to the login screen

Details

If you enter an invalid PIN for CAC authentication, you should be redirected to the connection server selection screen. However, with some third-party vendors' smart card client software, you are redirected to the Username and Password screen instead.
 
 

Solution

Click Cancel to return to the View Connection Server selection dialog, where you can re-attempt the connection.
