Users accessing View Administrator or View Portal might be prompted to select a certificate (1007609)

Details

If a View Connection Server has CAC Authentication enabled and the client machine has a smartcard attached to it, the users accessing the View Administrator or View Portal through this Connection Server are prompted to select a certificate, eventhough it is not used or supported.

Solution

Use separate servers for View Portal if smart card authentication is required in the environment.

You can click OK or Cancel and enter the user name and password when prompted to in the authentication window.
