View Portal on Mac OS cannot connect to Windows Terminal Servers when using a tunneled connection (1007585)

Details

A failed connection generates a "You were disconnected from the Windows-based computer because of network problems" message because RDC is making two separate consecutive connections to the Terminal Server which is not supported by the secure tunnel.

Solution

Use the direct connect to desktop setting for Mac OS users with Terminal Server desktops.
 
This problem is fixed in View 3.1.
