Solution

Summaries and Symptoms

This patch fixes the following issues:

  • The output of vdf -P on a LUN greater than 1TB is wrapped. Because the line spacing allows only 10 digits, some tools or scripts cannot use the value. This change increases the spacing to 15 digits.

  • The scanning process of VMware Update Manager and esxupdate erroneously reports installed, obsolete bundles as not installed. As a result, these bundles are offered to be re-installed.
