Cloning a Source That Contains File System Errors Might Result in a Damaged Copy (1006689)

Solution

Run a consistency check on the source machine to check and fix any file system errors and then try converting it again.
You can use the following utilities to check the consistency of source disks:
  • For Windows sources, run the Chkdsk utility.
  • For Linux sources, run the fsck utility.
