Resolution

The steps will provide instructions or a link to a document, for validating the step and taking corrective action as necessary. The steps are ordered in the most appropriate sequence to isolate the issue and identify the proper resolution. Please do not skip a step.
-
Ensure that you have used the thinreg tool correctly or used the MSI package to deploy the virtualized application. The MSI package automatically registers the package. For more information, see Registering the virtual application to complete deployment (1006961).
-
The application settings may not be installed if the package did not properly include all the settings. Verify that the application settings were properly captured into the package. For more information, see Settings missing in deployed applications (1006990).
-
Confirm that the problem is not listed as a known issue in the ThinApp Release Notes .
