Log in with your credentials and click Register a Product.
Enter your license key. You can include up to 50 license keys and register them all at the same time.
Complete the required fields and click Continue.
You receive a confirmation upon successful completion. If you enter a license key incorrectly, the portal displays an error message and points to the missing or wrong information. For example, if you enter the letter 'o' instead of the numeric '0', you receive an error message and the incorrect key is highlighted.
Notes:
Product registration occurs automatically at the time of purchase for all VMware products except VMware Fusion and VMware Workstation. Fusion and Workstation license keys must be registered to avail complementary support, however, you can activate your Fusion or Workstation software without registering the license keys,
A license key can be registered only once. If you try to register an already registered license key, you see the error:
Unsuccessful Registration, The following key(s) cannot be registered. 4E38H-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-1E234 Serial Number/License Activation Code has already been registered toabc@xyz.com
To re-register a license key you must contact VMware Support.
