In a non-persistent desktop pool, when decreasing pool size, it may take longer than expected to delete virtual machines

Details

When you decrease the pool size in a non-persistent pool, the virtual machine deletion process may start and then stop. It will attempt to delete virtual machines again at a later time.

Solution

Manually delete virtual machines to expedite the process.
