During the upgrade, the administrator can define a default VDM Connection Server for new users. Existing users still maintain their most recently used list which may not include this server.
Details
After an upgrade to the VDM Client, any server that has not been used before does not appear in the list of available servers.
Solution
If you want to designate a server that does not appear on the list as the default server, you must enter it manually. This applies whether or not the previous version was uninstalled.
