VDM client unable to connect when Citrix XenDesktop or Citrix Desktop Server agent is installed on VDM agent desktop

Details

Having the Citrix agent installed causes a problem with RDP passthrough authentication. The VDM Client password cannot pass through with the Citrix agent installed.

Solution

Uninstall the Citrix XenDesktop or Citrix Desktop Server agent before installing the VDM Agent.
