Unable to Log in to Cloned Windows Vista Virtual Machine Using Administrator Account

When you clone a Microsoft Windows Vista virtual machine that has the Administrator account enabled, you will not be able to log in to the cloned virtual machine by using the Administrator account.
Sysprep by default creates an Administrator account during cloning. If  the source virtual machine already has an Administrator account, customization stops responding during mini setup, and auto login to the cloned virtual machine with Administrator account is disabled.

Solution

This is a known issue. To work around the issue, do not enable the Administrator account on the source virtual machine, or disable the Administrator account in the source virtual machine before cloning.
