Collecting diagnostic information for VMware Fusion

Solution

Use the following procedure to collect diagnostic information for VMware Fusion:

  1. Open VMware Fusion.
  2. Click the Help menu.
  3. Click Collect Support Information.
  4. Enter your password to start collection.
Alternately, using the Finder execute the file: /Library/Application Support/VMware Fusion/vm-support.tool. Opening Fusion is not required.
