Session Timeout Produces Unexpected Behavior When the Direct Connect to Virtual Desktop Option Is Enabled (1003774)

Details

After the session timeout period has passed, when a user attempts to connect to a desktop, a Desktop failed to open. Not authenticated message is displayed.

Solution

This message can be misleading because what actually occurs is a session timeout. After accepting the error message, the user can log in again.
