VDM Administrator User Interface Does Not Allow You to Enter the License Key

Details

Inaccurate time on the VDM Connection Server might prevent you from entering the license key in the VDM Administrator user interface.

Solution

To resolve this issue, ensure that the time on the VDM Connection Server is set accurately. The best way to ensure accurate time on a VDM Connection Server is to synchronize the server time with an external time source.
