Summary
Adds support for the ixgbe driver to ESX Server hosts by adding VMware-esx-drivers-net-ixgbe-1.0.0 and provides support for NetQueue on the Intel 82598 10 Gigabit Ethernet Controller. See KB 1004278 for more information on enabling NetQueue.

To update ESX Server 3.5 hosts when not using Update Manager, download the most recent patch bundle from http://www.vmware.com/download/vi/vi3_patches_35.html and install the bundle using the the esxupdate tool from the command line of the host.
